Bio
Born in Lisbon in 1985, I first came to France after finishing my Master’s degree in Chemical Engineer, at IST Lisbon.
My university career has been oriented towards the Processes field, in particular related to Refining. I then pursued a PhD in Chemical and Materials science (IFPEn and ENS Lyon), on the development of new hybrid hydrotreating catalysts
Currently, I am a Synthetic Elastomers Designer, at Michelin. My responsibilities range from product design (pilot scale) to factory deployment and maintenance (industrial scale).
The results of my work have a direct impact on the development of new materials, but also on the quality of the products that arrive at our customers.
