I am a member and co-founder of the student initiative "MyAegean", which is my most loved project (until now). MyAegean is non-profit voluntary initiative by students of the University of the Aegean. Also, a community portal, e-magazine & forum, initiated at 2002-2003 to act as a springboard for creative collaboration and exchange of ideas among a great number of people both within and outside the University with the aim of promoting culture and encouraging a qualitative, fruitful means of interaction.

I am interested in the design process and practices and field in general, with a broader, more holistic (as in systems theory) sense and approach, on the aspects that initiate active awareness and participation to society, education and culture, as a catalyst to human progress and prosperity.

Some other personal interests or specialities, or just fields that I tend to love: graphic design, web design, product design, branding and identity, human resources, social networks, usability issues, non-profits, volunteering, comics sketching, writing and literature, 3d-modeling, storyboarding, art and media, education, research.
