With over four decades of experience in various roles—from Youth Mentor to Trustee and Governor, I’ve dedicated my life to empowering others and fostering environments where people can realise their full potential. My journey led me to TEDx, where I am honoured to serve as a licensee and curator for TEDxNorthwich. I get channel my passion for sparking meaningful conversations and promoting "Ideas Worth Sharing" within my community. For me, it's not just about the ideas themselves, but about their ability to inspire, unite, and drive positive change.
