Learning new languages ,translating, sharing ideas, travelling, learning about different cultures and reading literary books such as novels.
The TED story
In 2016, I saw a post on Facebook. I clicked on it and read the information concerning how to become a TED translator. I was so happy to do it and decided to apply for it and of course the Kurdish language coordinator helped a lot.
My aim as a TED translator is to serve my community by translating motivational TED talks into my language, and vice versa.
What I really like about TED is the inspiration spread by speakers on different stages around the world.
