I’m a Manager at Methodos, a change management consultancy, where I lead global transformation programs for large corporations. My work focuses on deploying new strategies, driving sustainability, and supporting decarbonization efforts. I also serve as Organizer and Curator of TEDxVarese, an event I’ve been leading since 2017. Since 2021, we’ve partnered with TED Countdown on special initiatives like Sprints x TEDx—a creative bootcamp developed with Fine Acts where visual artists produce climate solution-themed artworks in 48 hours—and the Anchor Event Program, which led to the organization of a special TEDxVarese Countdown conference in Varese, Italy in 2023, featuring voices from across Europe. I enjoy experimenting with TEDx offstage experiences, including immersive performances where people walk through the mountains while listening to stories that shift their perspective on the climate crisis, as well as workshops for journalists focused on exploring climate solutions. I develop and co-produce Cambiamo Clima, a podcast created in collaboration with Chora Media—Italy’s leading podcast and storytelling company—that gives voice to people who are solving pieces of the climate crisis across different fields. The power of your timeless giving back in empowering people around you

It started in 2016. It was a warm and meditative summer day in a remote village in southern Italy and I was thinking together with a friend of mine about what we could have done in our city in order to have an impact in sharing ideas, enhancing projects by connecting the dots and the energies of our territorial ecosystem and inspire people. TEDxVarese was the answer. We did the application by the end of the year and we started this adventurous project. We built a team bringing together talented and young people who believe in the power of good ideas. Our first event was held in June 2017. The success and the enthusiasm convinced us to continue the journey. We did a second application in order to organize more events during the year - TEDxVareseSalon, in prestigious and important centers of "ideas generation" of our territory open to the public -. In 2018, we went to TED Fest in New York and we obtained from TED the +100 license in order to organize bigger events for our constantly growing community. We believe that, in the times we live, we need to share good ideas in order to build a just, inclusive and better future.
