Bio

Born and raised in Japan. Moved to the States in 1985, and naturalized in 2002. Lives in San Francisco Bay Area. After graduated from KEIO Univ. (BA: Aesthetics/Iconography), she briefly worked for Fujitsu as an office admin and then joined ASCII as a main Technical Translator (JP-EN) for ASCII, LOGiN, and Famicom Tsushin to translate papers and reports on advanced computing technologies, IT, Sci-Fi movies, advanced scientific theories and so forth released by NASA, MIT, Stanford, and so forth. She continued her career in journalism representing aforementioned editorial divisions. After moving to Silicon Valley, she completed an MBA program at Univ of San Francisco-McLaren School of Business majoring IT in Business, Marketing Strategies and US Taxation (minor). Founded and managed several global IT operations bridging Japan and US/Europe/Russia as a corporate officer and/or mostly as an executive producer. Her clients were Fujitsu, Lucasfilm, Electronic Arts, Maxis and other major hardware/software enterprises. Utilizing her precise communication/bilingual skills, she oversaw global projects using internet since 80s. Several of her works earned industry awards. She studied (but not quite completed) Interior Architecture at UC-Berkeley Professional Certification Course and was appointed as one of few Student Committee members to enhance the course's recognition in the professional community. While she was studying Interior Architecture, she also pursued her financial career in Real Estate and Retirement Planning (held brokers licenses in both fields), learning the mechanism of the financial world. When she was in Japan, she was a professional ski instructor certified by Ski Association of Japan (SAJ). She was headhunted by then Technical Delegate of SAJ representing Educational division to assist him in developing new methodologies which was to be presented in the International Ski arena (FIS). She also worked with other Technical Delegates of SAJ and FIS representing Alpine Ski Racing organizing international racing events in Japan. She skied for a TV commercial film (Asics/Mitsubishi Sports) and several ski magazines as a professional model skier. In 2015, she completed a certification program of Gerontology at Univ. of Southern California Davis. In 2017, she completed a certification program of Institute for Integrative Nutrition and was certified as an Integrated Nutrition Health Coach (INHC). She is also certified by International Health Coach as a Certified International Health Coach (CIHC). Now she is an independent wellness and Life Coach/Adviser specialized in natural health understanding the power of balanced nutrition, molecule level of intelligence, strong intentions and proactive lifestyle in the challenging society.
