Bio
Born and raised in Turkey. Lived in Europe, now lives in US. Loves travelling, cooking, eating, singing, music, rhythms, writing random stuff and learning. Words, letters and melodies fascinates her. She very much dislikes mundane random tasks which doesn't add value to anyone's life. She believes world is a beatiful place and there is so much she needs to see with her own eyes. And she believes every human being has the right to talk, to be seen and to be heard, in addition to be free, happy and healthy. And she believes there is a way for every business to be conscious and sustainable, as long as they are willing to be so.

The TED story
I got inspired by so many TED talks... And every time I wanted to share one with my family, I realized they haven't had Turkish subtitles, and my joy was lost. I've always liked translating documents and once, I translated subtitles for a movie that was featured at a sustainable film festival in Turkey, so I figured I might as well do it for all these ideas that are worth spreading!
