Life and Business Coach, she brings her capacities developed in business and life experiences in different contexts and countries in her coaching led through the Ontological approach. With a lifelong interest in sociology and social psychology, she began her professional journey in the world of communication working as Account Director with Saatchi & Saatchi. Enthusiasm and creativity are part of her professional and everyday life. She is half Italian and half Canadian and has been part of the strategic TEDxRoma team from its first edition in 2014.

There is rhythm in different moments in our everyday life. Rythm is a heartbeat, a conversation. As we affine our skills in being aware and listening we are capable of entering also in other people's rythms and find dance and harmony.

I was introduced to TED and to TEDx in Rome, just as I had returned from some time abroad. In the most unexpected environment, while I was watching my daughter swim, I met Emilia Garito, who passionately spoke to me about this wonderful project she was about to start in Rome. It took a brief moment and then I knew I was entering the most inspiring months and world. Four years after I am still enthralled with the strength and passion of ideas we meet in our paths and how impactful these can be on other human beings.
