I have graduated in Tourism and have a post-graduation in Translation, and I am now starting my career as a freelance translator. I also have a background in education, I have given student support in the subjects of History, Portuguese and English for several years. On a more personal note, some of my interests are cinema, I'm very passionate about videogames and I can say I'm an avid reader not only of fiction or romance but also of history, social issues and psychology. I love music and have a strong interest in all kinds of sports, especially football.

I want to be a professional translator. I think translating for TED it´s a great way for practice and thus became a better translator. Also TED talks are very interesting and more knowledge is never enough.
