I am an English<>Portuguese freelance translator, working also from Spanish into English/Portuguese. I am a Portuguese native brought up in a bilingual household (Portuguese and American English), so I have an equally native fluency in both of those languages. I’ve also lived and worked in Barcelona for 7 years (2009 to 2016), where I completed a B.A. in Modern Languages and Literature. My work experience has been mainly in an administrative capacity for companies where I also undertook marketing translation tasks, either Spanish into English/Portuguese or Spanish into Portuguese. In addition, I have 3 years of volunteering experience translating for NGOs, in the fields of environmental protection, microcredit and education.
