Bio
I'm a translator and a teacher of English, specialising in teaching young children and teenagers. I got my Master's Degree in English Philology at the University of Warsaw. My interests include fantasy, science fiction, history and popular science, and I'm a great lover of British culture. My artistic fascinations are reflected in my great fondness of literature and theatre, especially musicals and classic stories adapted for stage. I'm a huge fan of well-told stories and intriguing characters, be it in books, film, theatre or real life. Over the last three years I've been involved in the organisation of a number of fan-based theatre projects and events.
In my free time I write fiction, go for long walks in the Old Town or listen to rock music. I've been a volunteer translator in the TED Open Translation Project since 2009 and have worked in the team for TEDxYouth@Kraków 2013.
