I’m an undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Public English Translation at Universidad Nacional de Lanús, as well as an English teacher with extensive experience teaching private students. I work as a freelance translator, subtitler, and transcriptionist, with a particular interest in audiovisual translation.

I’m passionate about languages and communication, and I enjoy helping ideas cross linguistic and cultural boundaries. Through translation and subtitling, I aim to preserve not only the meaning of a message, but also its tone, nuance, and emotional impact, making content accessible to a wider audience.

Language should never be a barrier to sharing ideas. Translation is more than changing words from one language to another: it is about building bridges between people, cultures, and perspectives. When we make ideas accessible across languages, we give them the opportunity to reach further, connect with more people, and create a meaningful impact. Let’s support accessible translation and make space for more voices, stories, and ideas to be heard and understood, regardless of the language we speak.

My TED story began with my love of languages and my belief in the power of communication. As an English teacher and an undergraduate student of Public English Translation, I have always been fascinated by the way words can connect people and open doors to new perspectives. Discovering TED’s translation community gave me the opportunity to combine my passion for languages with my interest in audiovisual translation. Contributing subtitles allows me to help meaningful ideas reach people around the world, regardless of the language they speak.

People don’t know I’m good at noticing small details. I can spend a surprising amount of time looking for the right word, the most natural expression, or the little nuance that makes a sentence sound just right. I think that attention to detail is one of the things I enjoy most about languages and translation.
