I am passionate about creativity, communication, and the power of ideas to influence society. I enjoy exploring how people express their thoughts, share knowledge, and inspire others through storytelling, media, and public discussions. In an era where technology continues to evolve rapidly, I believe it is important for individuals to remain creative, adaptable, and thoughtful in responding to change. Platforms like TEDx provide opportunities for people to exchange perspectives and discover ideas that can challenge assumptions and encourage innovation. Through TEDxUNJ, I hope to encourage conversations that inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and personal growth within the university community and beyond.

Communication is not just a skill, but a tool for transformation. When individuals learn to express their thoughts with clarity and confidence, they unlock opportunities, build meaningful connections, and create real impact in their lives and communities.

My interest in TED began when I started watching TED Talks and discovered how powerful a single idea can be when shared effectively. Listening to speakers from different backgrounds opened my perspective to new ways of thinking and showed me how ideas can influence people across cultures and communities. What inspired me the most about TEDx is how it empowers local communities to share their own stories and ideas. It shows that impactful ideas do not only come from global figures, but also from individuals within our own communities. This inspired me to bring that spirit to Universitas Negeri Jakarta through TEDxUNJ. By organizing this event, I hope to create a space where students, professionals, and creative thinkers can share meaningful ideas, inspire others, and spark conversations that may shape the next chapter of our community.

Many people may not realize that I am good at organizing ideas and bringing people together to collaborate. I enjoy planning discussions, coordinating projects, and creating spaces where individuals feel comfortable sharing their perspectives and experiences. For me, turning ideas into real initiatives is something that I find both exciting and meaningful. I enjoy the process of connecting different people, perspectives, and ideas to create something that can inspire others. Organizing TEDxUNJ is an opportunity for me to combine these interests bringing together creativity, collaboration, and curiosity to build a platform where meaningful ideas can be shared with a wider audience.
