Abil Sudarman
Abil Sudarman, also known as Abigail Aryaputra, is a technology and AI expert with extensive experience in national and international initiatives. Formerly the Executive Director of KORIKA, Indonesia’s leading AI association, he led key programs such as the AI Innovation Summit and executive education on AI strategy. Currently, Abil serves as a Responsible AI Fellow with Microsoft and the Stimson Center. He is also the founder of Lingvo, an AI-driven edtech startup supported by Microsoft for Startups, which has gained over 1,000 daily users. With a strong background in engineering, management, and leadership, Abil continues to advance responsible and collaborative AI development in Indonesia and beyond.
Agatha Chelsea
Agatha Chelsea began her journey on Idola Cilik before expanding her career as an actress and an influencer. She continues her artistic activities while also committed to her studies, earning a degree in Psychology and Neuroscience from the University of Melbourne in 2022. Driven by her passion to learn more about the human mind, she established a community called “Newron Edu” in 2024. The community aimed to share accessible knowledge on the brain’s function and how it works on human behavior and psychology. Through this initiatives, Agatha Chelsea continues to inspire curiosity and learning beyond the classroom by bridging science and society.
Alexander Jerico Nehemia Sinaga
Alexander Jerico Nehemia Sinaga is a Digital Business student at Universitas Negeri Jakarta, as well as a dedicated researcher and marketer in the digital and tech industry. He has a proven track record in driving significant audience engagement, including boosting Instagram engagement by over 171% at CoinDesk Indonesia in Q3 2023. Currently, Alexander serves as a Content Specialist at Indonesia Crypto Network and Social Media Specialist for Coinfest Asia 2025. He is also the founder of Cryptomateid, with experiences managing social media for global events like Coinfest Asia. His achievements include winning 1st Place in a National UI/UX Competition and receiving the International Best Paper Award at ISC-BEAM 2024.
Dewi Fransiska Simanjuntak
Dewi Fransiska Simanjuntak is a lecturer in psychology at Universitas Negeri Jakarta with a background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universitas Indonesia. She brings both academic depth and practical insight to understanding human behavior in the workplace and beyond. Before joining Universitas Negeri Jakarta as a lecturer, Dewi Fransiska spent years counseling teachers and students, helping them cultivate gratitude, resilience, and balance. Her experiences span various institutions, including Kemenkes RSKO and Panti Sosial Bina Laras, where she delivered talks on burnout, mental health, and growth mindset. Passionate about personal growth and psychological well-being, Dewi continues to empower others through education, self-awareness, and transformation.
Herdy Rosadi Harman
Herdy Rosadi Harman is a distinguished Human Capital practitioner and senior leader with more than two decades of experience. Currently serving as Director of Human Capital and Digital at InJourney, he has also held strategic leadership roles as Director of Human Capital at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) and Telkom Indonesia, as well as Advisor to the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises for Human Capital Development. His dedication and influence in advancing people development have been recognized with numerous accolades, including the Indonesia Human Capital Leader Award 2023. Beyond his executive career, Herdy is passionate about sharing insights and shaping the future of human capital in Indonesia. He has authored several notable books, such as Strongest Best People and Indonesiaku 2045, which reflect his vision, expertise, and commitment to inspiring the next generation of leaders.
Malaikha Dayanara Kridaman
Malaikha Dayanara Kridaman is a double-degree graduate in Communication and Digital Media from The University of Queensland and Universitas Indonesia. Passionate about journalism, she focuses on socio-political issues, sustainability, and gender through impactful storytelling. Her experience spans journalism, broadcasting, and communications having worked at Kompas TV, Radio 4EB Brisbane, Magnifique PR (Disney+ Hotstar), IDN Media, and Mata Najwa. Beyond her career, she led PR for PPIA Queensland and Pesta Rakyat, and founded Logikha, a podcast inspiring Gen Z to think critically. As a content creator and speaker, she continues to champion diverse voices and meaningful dialogue in media.
