Bio
I have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and currently studying International Business in a master's program. I worked for three years in a global cosmetic company focused in Project Management and for one year in a Brazilian public institution focused in Human Resources.
Looking for different experiences I left my job in Brazil to travel for ten months around Europe until settled down in Portugal to study.
During my trip I created a Facebook page* about my fascinating experiences. More than 19 thousand people followed my daily publishes. This trip made me develop different skills and now I am feeling more prepared to face my personal and professional life.
One of the most important Brazilian newspapers wrote an article about my journey ; I also had an interview in a travel website in Czech Republic during my visit in Central Europe.
Additionally, I had two important experiences as a volunteer. Firstly in a Brazilian hospital specialized in cancer cases, where I had the opportunity for providing children with basic education during their medical treatments. Secondly in a South African institution, where I was responsible to make soup for underprivileged child during my English course in Cape Town.
Recently, I represented Brazil in the United Nations online program. I was responsible to develop contents in Portuguese about the "17 Sustainable Development Goals". Moreover, I have been studying translation techniques in my free time. I found in "TED Open Translation Project" an opportunity to improve my language skills while I extend my knowledge in important global issues.
