I’m Nikkil Dcruz, a student leader, debater, and systems architect obsessed with turning ideas into systems that actually work. I sit at the intersection of economics, technology, and civic impact, whether that’s founding Qatar’s first school community fridge, building Qatar's leading student volunteer network, or hosting and scaling debate spaces for hundreds of students. As a Qatar Debate National Champion and a debate mentor, I care deeply about the narrative, not as fluff, but as a tool to design incentives, move people, and change outcomes. I’m driven by one question: how do we design smarter structures so doing good is the default, not the exception.
