Bio
Tia Callum is a Gloucester-born recording artist/songwriter who hits soulful singing into the house, dance, and DnB genres! She’s performed at London Fashion Week 2025/2026, Brighton, Manchester and Leeds Pride, Boomtown, ADE and multiple other events/festivals in the world. Tia Callum gets crowds dancing, singing along, and straight into the party vibes. Tia also tours with Angie Brown and Blu James (Basement Jaxx) and currently works nationally and internationally with producers and artists. | I love anything that feeds the soul or makes me feel alive!! From spiritual growth and deep conversations to festivals, fashion shows, and performing. If it lights me up, I’m there. I love moving my body, whether that’s swimming, dancing, rollerblading, or getting competitive with a game of paintball or rounders! Singing and fashion are big parts of how I express myself, and I’m always chasing those moments that feel electric on stage, at events, or just vibing with people who get it.
I'm passionate about
I’m passionate about the art of being deeply understood by using creative expression to heal, transform, and reclaim power.
Drawing me to the psychology behind emotion and logic, how identity is shaped, and how our childhood experiences impact who we become. At my core, I’m passionate about giving form to the quiet things we carry. The ache of being misunderstood, the power of becoming, the freedom in truth.
An idea worth spreading
Life can be beautifully disgusting.

The TED story
I’m part of a youth-led group which are a group full of entrepreneurs and creatives who are passionate about creating real change. Together, we came up with the idea to amplify unheard voices in our city, voices that deserve space, attention, and impact.
We brought this vision to the guildhall who are part of the Gloucester Council, and they’ve offered to support us by being the venue that can host us. Now, we’re in the planning stages of building this space into something bold and meaningful.
Stay tuned, TED xers! This story’s just getting started.
