I'm passionate about

I'm passionate about breaking language barriers and promoting cross-cultural understanding through accurate and thoughtful translation. My enthusiasm extends to the fields of clinical nutrition and psychology, where I explore the intricate relationship between behavior, culture, and health. By combining my expertise in these areas with my love for language, I aim to make complex ideas accessible and impactful to diverse audiences worldwide.

An idea worth spreading

Language is not only a tool for communication but also a bridge that connects diverse cultures and perspectives. My passion for translation stems from the belief that ideas, when shared across linguistic boundaries, have the power to inspire, educate, and unite people worldwide. Through my academic background in linguistics and my experience in cross-cultural communication, I have developed a strong interest in making knowledge accessible to a broader audience. I am particularly fascinated by the role of subtitling in breaking barriers for non-native speakers and the Deaf or Hard of Hearing community. My research focuses on how accurate and culturally sensitive translations can enhance the global impact of educational and creative content. By volunteering for TED Translators, I hope to contribute to a world where ideas are not limited by language, allowing everyone to engage with thought-provoking content that has the potential to change lives.
