"Small acts of kindness can spread and make a big difference." Even tiny gestures, like helping someone or being kind, can inspire others to do the same. When everyone does this, it can create a wave of positivity and change in communities. I believe in the idea of leading with kindness because it has the power to improve the world.

I was searching for a place where I could help others while developing my skills as a linguist, and scrolling on an online forum a read about the opportunity to transcribe and translate TED talks. At that moment, I just thought it was the perfect chance to hone my abilities, and at the same time be of service to people that want to be able to comprehend a specific talk in their language. Throughout my life I have been watching and listening to TED talks, and it is a pleasure to be volunteering and making content available for more and more people.

Listening. It means more than just hearing someone talk. I truly try to understand and be present in the moment because everyone deserves to feel heard and supported.
