Bio
I love everything that has to do with language. I love writing and reading, and I am fascinated by the possibility to understand other people even though we are speaking different languages. You can even come a long way with body language, but when that is not enough, translation is key.
I translate from English to Swedish, and sometimes the other way around.
I have an education in Swedish Language Consultancy, and I have been working with Swedish written language, and some English, since 2016. Here at TED, I have been translating since 2015.
I'm passionate about
I am passionate about books, literature, music and deep intellectual connection (in other words, I am not good at small talk).
I read a lot, and some of my favourite genres are urban fantasy, sci-fi and horror. I also have a deep fascination for the 1800's mystical, horrific and romatic litterature.
