Bio
My native language is Arabic. I started learning English in kindergarten, where it was an essential subject in the curriculum, and I continued to study it throughout my school years. This continuous exposure helped me develop a strong foundation in the language. My journey in English took a significant leap when I participated in the English Access Micro Scholarship Program through AMIDEAST in Hebron, which greatly enhanced my language skills. My love for the language motivated me to pursue a degree in English at university, further deepening my knowledge and proficiency.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Translating and Interpreting from Hebron University, with a GPA of 91.6, achieving first class honours and distinction. Recently, I served as a Volunteer Assistant English Teacher at The Excellence Center in Hebron, where I independently led classes for primary and secondary school age students and taught them the fundamentals of English language learning and worked with foreign teachers, translating between Arabic and English to facilitate effective communication and understanding in the classroom.
During my academic journey, I've completed many subtitling projects in both Arabic and English, enhancing my skills in translation and content adaptation. I also published a research paper titled "The Impact of the Google Translate App on the Accuracy of Arabic-English Translations: Lexical and Syntactic Errors," reflecting my deep interest in this field.
