Nelsir Carlos Luterek

With a solid 13-year career built in São Paulo, Nelsir Carlos Luterek has led technology operations on a continental scale. He was responsible for the Data Center division for Latin America at national and multinational giants, including Goodyear, Veyance, Continental, Bradesco, VIVO, and Stefanini. His technical leadership path also includes the position of CTO at Doutores da Limpeza. Returning to Erechim in 2020, Nelsir channeled his expertise into entrepreneurship, founding Roda de Cuia, a company that operates as a communications agency, content portal, audiovisual producer, and AI integrator. In addition to his professional journey, he actively dedicates himself to volunteer work: he is currently the diocesan coordinator for the Pastoral da Criança (Children's Pastoral Care) and, since 2024, has been an organizer for TEDx Erechim. His personal presentation is summarized in his motto: "Flying to the imaginable," a philosophy that drives him to connect worlds and turn visions into reality.
