Bio
Hi! I'm Moira, from Palma, Spain. I'm a graduate in Translation, Interpreting and Applied Languages from the UOC. Although I am also a certified sports technician in medium-mountain activities, my true passion has always been languages and intercultural communication.
I speak English and Spanish fluently, and I have a more basic level of Italian, French, and Catalan, languages I hope to continue studying once I finish my degree.

exploring technology and different cultures, reading historical novels, traveling and spending time in nature.

The TED story
I've always found TED Talks absolutely inspiring, and being able to contribute my knowledge to help them reach more people makes me feel that I'm doing the right thing. I have always believed that we should all give something back to the world—sharing whatever we are good at, something that can help improve it or make others feel better—and this is one of the ways I have found to do so.
