Zarlor means treasure in creole from Reunion Island. For us, translation is like a treasure. It must be taken care of and preserved. Despite the evolution of AI, at Zarlor Trad, human is put at first. Translators are still essentials, because they guarantee the message transmission and quality according to the context.
I am Amandine Técher. After graduating in translation, I decided to take a slightly different direction. I devoted myself to being an assistant in different work environnements, but that always allowed me to practice my linguistic and translation skills. However, I quickly felt the need to dedicate myself fully to translation. That's how I had the idea to create Zarlor Trad.
At Zarlor Trad, we translate journalistic content, texts about tourism, communications, we also provide audiovisual translation and MT post-editing.
