Watching TED Talks over the years helped me find clarity in my own journey, from navigating complex HR landscapes to building bridges between people, purpose, and progress. It’s about creating a platform for voices that deserve to be heard and bringing our island community into global conversations. TED taught me that great ideas don’t just live in books or boardrooms. They live in everyday people with brave hearts. And I knew I had to help bring those ideas to light. This is more than a stage - it’s a spark.
