The TED story
I joined TED Translators because I wanted to gain practical experience and grow as a translator in a real-world context. As a student, opportunities to apply my skills outside of academic settings can be limited, so TED became the perfect space to learn by doing while contributing to a meaningful mission. Every talk I translate gives me a broader perspective on humanity and the many ways language can foster understanding and positive change.
Things you might not know
People are often surprised by how quickly I can process and analyse information. I read, write, and work efficiently; skills that have allowed me to deliver high-quality translations on tight deadlines without compromising accuracy or clarity.
