Bio

Graduating from the Faculty of Foreign Languages, Tirana, Albania, in 2008, I translated legal and academic texts, provided medical interpretations, and translated subtitles in English, Albanian, and Italian. However, I took some time off translating, dedicated to hospitality in the USA. Getting back to translation is part of my professionalism. I aim to facilitate effective communication across languages and cultures, promoting accuracy and aesthetics. I employ advanced tools to ensure efficiency, time management, and confidentiality. Ultimately, I aim to contribute to worldwide unity through the transformative power of language and its friends, along with my translations.

I'm passionate about

I am passionate about advertising, translation, business, and technology, which create a harmonious blend of innovation that motivates me to push boundaries. These four hold the power to influence and evoke worldwide unity through carefully crafted messages, using words and images to sway opinions and give voice to audiences.

An idea worth spreading

Philosophy must be popular and celebrated. The philosophical perspective promotes critical thinking, empathy, and a steadfast dedication to intellectual growth. By embracing philosophy, I seek a deeper connection with the fundamental questions of existence, the human condition, and the pursuit of wisdom in all aspects of my personal and professional life.

The TED story

Being a volunteer translator has been a rewarding experience. I sought opportunities to utilize my language skills. I came across TED Translations, which aligned with my admiration for the ability of TED talks to inspire and educate diverse audiences. My first translation project, "A Tour of the Greek Ancient Underworld," was an exciting exploration of language, culture, and ideas.

Things you might not know

I have a secret talent for writing thrillers, which I have never boasted about. However, I derive great satisfaction from skillfully constructing words and stories and communicating thoughts and emotions effectively. Writing is a personal channel for my creativity and self-expression, and for some time will be unpublished.
