I'm a freence translator from Argentina. I've recently graduated from college as a translator and I want to gain more experience in the field of subtitling. I love this field of translation and I want to do as much f it as I can!
An idea worth spreading
Translation is what enables us to communicate and to access new cultures and ideas. It is fundamental for this globalized era, and even more so, when one realizes that translating means so much more than just changing words. Translators are bridges between cultures, thoughts, traditions, individuals, and places. To be able to communicate and to understand each other involves so much more than knowing the words to do so! We must understand where we come from, and thus the ideas and structures we have and how to communicate them properly, as well as how to understand the ones other people have.
