About Renée

I am a…

Student

I'm passionate about

Travelling (anywhere), Reading (anything), Shoes (every amount you can imagine will never be enough) and Chocolate.....most definitely Chocolate.

An idea worth spreading

As a Translation student and a wanderer to the core, I can fairly say that starting to learn languages at a young age and adding as many as possible growing up is the best way to make barriers and confines crumble. People are, unfortunately, often scared of what they don't know and can't seem to understand that languages are doors to entire cultures and countries and that learning a new way to communicate will definitely make them less afraid of the person standing in front of them.

The TED story

My Semiotics professor, during a lecture, showed us the video of the TED Talk by Professor Stefano Mancuso on Plants Intelligence and from that moment I was hooked.

Things you might not know

Daydreaming, Getting lost in Wikipedia (it's my curiosity's fault) and Organizing (because I'm the most messy person there is).
