I am Thai and a mother of two Canadian-Thai children. I've been working as a freelance translator since I was in college. My work, apart from translation, is developing online courses for EAL students to learn English with my husband, who is an EAL teacher here in Canada.

My interests are various, but I'm passionate about "Creativity" way of learning especially in children. My passion is also about "Positive and free-spirited" way of living and writing.

Translation is an art & science skills combined. What I have learned by being a translator, especially in high conflict situation, is a translator not only communicates between two languages, but she needs to also create trust between her and the listeners. This is a tricky part of my job which challenges me. It's an artful skill where you must learn how to use your body language, voice, and manners in a way that increase your credibility.
