Bio

I'm French, but I moved to the UK in 2013 to finish my degree (in English language and lit), and have been living there since then. I'm currently working an awfuly boring job in order to put some money on the side, as I'm applying for a Master in translation for Sept 2015 (in Lille, France. Only 25 places, fingers crossed!). After that, I'd love to be able to translate books, films, video games or really anything that comes, and if I can keep traveling around the world while doing so, then it would just be a big dream.

I'm passionate about

My fellow human, mostly. I try to see the best in people, and still believe that there is a brighter future for us out there. Ah and food, especially all kind of recipes that include pasta!

An idea worth spreading

Really any idea that makes people open their eyes on the beauty of the world is an idea worth spreading. Flash mobs for a good cause are amazing and fun, for example.

The TED story

I discovered TED a while ago but at the time I wasn't as concerned with the ideas they spread as I am now. I re-discovered it a couple of days ago and have already binge watched quite a few videos. When I found out I could possibly help translate some of these videos into French, I just jumped right in!

Things you might not know

Recognising an actor from a film I saw ages ago. But they probably don't know it because it is of no use at all! And I can bake decent cakes, I just barely ever do.
