The TED story
My wife asked me this evening: “Why are we always takers and never givers?” referring to the internet. All the time she was there on the chair staring seriously at the screen not listening to my mumbling, nonsense reply. A nap of an hour on the nearby bed adjacent to the laptop was more than enough in a long lazy day. I finally opened my eyes to see her still staring at the screen but with a relieved face and a relaxed smile. She registered herself as a translator at TED.com.
