I joined the TED Translators team in September 2022, and since then, I have been actively engaged in the translation work,now I am language supervisor on Chinese, Simple. My involvement with TED Translators has been a rewarding experience, allowing me to contribute to the dissemination of knowledge and ideas across linguistic boundaries. As a member of this esteemed community, I have been diligently translating TED Talks into my native language, ensuring that the powerful messages conveyed by the speakers reach a wider audience. This role not only challenges me to maintain the integrity and essence of the original content but also encourages me to enhance my linguistic skills and cultural understanding. My commitment to this endeavor reflects my belief in the power of communication and the importance of making information accessible to all, regardless of language barriers.Most of my translations are from other languages (such as English, Spanish, etc.) to simplified Chinese.
