About Amine

Bio

French engineer and software developper. I never knew what i wanted to be when i grew up. I didn't even wanted to think about that. The scholar idea of working scared me. Honestly, I was afraid. Afraid of monotony. Afraid of staying 40 years in the same office, facing the same faces, doing everyday the same tasks. Afraid to become a robot. Hopefully, I found out how to escape this monotony. It required two things: a computer, and Wifi. I can work from Morocco, Thailand or Mexico the same way. Computing on my own gave me physical freedom. It's all i ever wanted. But in reality, it was even better than that. It also increased my creativity, helped me to see life with another perspective. Travelling not only makes you see new places, it makes you discover new ways to analyze the world. You get interested in this littles, imperceptibles differences between cultures, between how people react to everyday situations. And its awesome. You just realize how stuck you are in your habits. Travelling increased my empathy, and finally gave me mental freedom. My fears about growing up? Gone up in smoke now. School just did not asked the right question. Life is not about material success. Life is about curiosity, asking, listening, and learning. And it is how i became passionated by Technology but also sociology, psychology, and spirituality. And more generally, i like listening to new ideas, new points of view. There is 7 billions different universes down here, 7 billions religions. People just dont listen well enough.

I'm passionate about

TEDxParis - Technology, sociology, psychology

An idea worth spreading

What if all living beings were juste neurons, part of a big brain they call Earth? Just trying to push, to make the universe follow their decisions.
