Passionate about science, I also love hitting the mountains for a hike or diving into a pool for a swim. When I’m not studying or exploring TED Talks, I’m chasing the next peak or stroke. The TED story
I always thought my bad sleep was due to stress or a busy schedule until I watched a TED Talk about daylight. When Christine Blume explained how natural light resets my body clock, I decided to try it. I started walking outside for 20 minutes every morning. The result? Not only do I sleep better at night, but my days are full of energy, too. It taught me that sometimes, the simplest changes make the biggest difference.
