Bio

I am an Electronics and Communication Engineer by education, with a deep-rooted passion for technology, sustainability, and community-driven impact. My professional journey began with Huawei Technologies, where I worked as a Project Developer for 2 years. During this time, I honed my skills in project execution, stakeholder coordination, and technology deployment, especially in fast-paced, real-world environments. Parallel to my corporate career, I have been actively involved with the Art of Living Foundation for over 5 years, volunteering in diverse capacities. This experience has not only strengthened my leadership and team-building abilities but also instilled in me a commitment to mental well-being, service, and social transformation. In 2022, driven by the urgent need to address climate and environmental issues, I founded Invironext—a venture focused on creating innovative and practical solutions to environmental challenges. Through Invironext, I work on projects related to green energy, water management, waste reduction, and community empowerment, striving to build a more sustainable future. I also lead project in the Swachhatapukare Foundation, where I have conceptualized and implemented multiple grassroots initiatives focused on clean energy, sanitation, water conservation, river rejuvenation, and livelihood generation. Additionally, I serve as a Co-Organizer at TEDxBistupur, where I help curate powerful platforms for innovative thinkers, changemakers, and visionaries to share ideas that inspire action and foster dialogue. My work is driven by a belief that technology and compassion can come together to solve humanity’s most pressing challenges—be it environmental degradation, lack of access to clean energy, or social inequities

An idea worth spreading

If you look at Earth's history, human civilization is barely a flicker. Modern humans have existed for just about 75,000 years—not even 1% of Earth's life. We are like a tiny candle lit for a brief moment in this vast cosmic timeline. So while this light burns, let’s make it meaningful. Let’s live consciously, contribute positively, and make this fleeting human life truly worthwhile

The TED story

Since my college days, while pursuing my engineering degree, TED Talks have been a constant source of inspiration for me. I would spend hours listening to those ideas—ideas that came from across the world, from people of different backgrounds, professions, and life experiences. The diversity of thoughts and stories shared on that platform always left me energized and full of new ideas. Whether it was technology, human behavior, social change, or creative innovations, TED Talks taught me to think beyond boundaries, challenge limitations, and see the world through multiple lenses. That habit of listening to ideas shaped me. It made me curious, open-minded, and passionate about the power of storytelling and knowledge sharing. Today, being associated with TEDx as an co-organizer feels like completing a meaningful circle—moving from an inspired listener to a contributor helping spread ideas in my own community.
