My name is Ivonne. I was born in Peru, so my native language is Spanish. I am a person who started learning about translation since I was a kid without even knowing what "translation" actually was. I studied English at the age of 13 and then, studied Mandarin chinese and Portuguese. After that, I began to attend University. I studied Translation and Interpreting.

I love reading novels, Asian comics, and watching Asian series. However, I have loved translation since I was a kid.

During my interpreting practices, I used TED videos to improve my interpreting skills and, at some point, they started to get my attention in a way in which I stopped practicing and began to listening to them carefully. They inspired me, so I decided that I wanted to collaborate by translating some of the videos that are similar to the ones that helped me.
