Bio
Originally from Moscow, Russia, I have been living in New York City for the past 4 years, attending NYU Tisch School of Arts, Department of Film and Television. I have been doing translation work sporadically throughout the last couple of years: assisting on panels at Cannes Film Festival 2014, where I went with one of my films; doing behind the scenes translation for The Colbert Report, where I interned this past Spring; and helping a friend during his guided tours around NYC. Lately I have come to realization that I want to be more involved in the professional translation field, and am looking for any opportunities to train and improve my skills. I plan to apply for MS in Translation at Columbia upon graduating from NYU in the Spring.
