Ever since I can't publish stories about sexual harassment that happened in my university back in late 2018 in the university newspaper, I found my own organization called Narasi Perempuan to talk about sexual harassment, women empowerment, and gender equality. Through Narasi Perempuan I learn and unlearn the unconscious bias that I have and together with several other women we create change. Now, in 2022, I think my biggest accomplishment is helping the government create sexual harassments regulation, especially at the university level through the ministry of education law number 30 year 2021. I also help break the taboo to talk about sexual harassment openly in Banjarmasin. I'm glad that more and more victims can speak up, get the help that they need. There are a lot of other organizations, scholars, and individuals who share, discuss and do something to elevate gender equality in Banjarmasin.

I think it's sad that so many ideas worth watching and sharing can't be consumed by Indonesian people simply because of the language barrier. So, here I'm, a concerned netizen who happened to have the ability to understand English and Indonesia, trying to help translate videos about human rights, feminism, women empowerment, and environmental issue accessible for fellow Indonesian as much as possible.
