I'm an IT Professional since 2001 developing software in many technologies and coaching teams towards agile methodologies. However improving is my never-ending target, that's why I'll never stop learning. I've got a lot of interests: my wife is the first one! Next I like to discover as much as I can about Agile methodologies and Agile Project Management. I'm a Certified Scrum Master by ScrumAlliance and I'm giving courses of Agile methodologies (especially Scrum) to customers and colleagues. It makes me proud and gives me a lot of satisfactions. I'm lucky 'cause I've got the work I love, but when I want a little relax I turn on my Xbox and play! Or, more often, I open a book (any genre) and I become a pirate, a detective, a time-traveler, anyone! I like to work hard and help my team to achieve their (our) goals; I like to coach my colleagues and learning from them, 'cause I believe that it's impossible to be a good coach if you are not a great learner.
