The TED story
I can't remember which TED talk first drew me to TED, but I do remember that the topic was about online user generated content that are accused of piracy simply because they draw inspiration from existing works. I loved the way the presentation was done, but I soon turned my attention away from just the polish and towards the key ideas that each TED presenter was trying to share with the world. Many of these ideas were interesting, most were novel but all of them deserve to be listened to. By everyone. That's why I decided to do my part in spreading these worthy ideas by volunteering as a translator so that a greater community may have access to the wonderful videos and ideas here online.
Things you might not know
I'm pretty good with accents, both English and Chinese. I can imitate quite a number of accents, and recognise more!
