My passion is to connect people and ideas. My vision is a world where people root at their right place, surfing on their rationnal and sensorial capabilities. My mission is o create growth spirals so that people can get insights, and grow on both rational, emotional and sensorial skills. My role is to broadcast ways to make people grow and find their place. Helping people finding their Ikigai (purpose in life, throught job) is my main focus for now. Training people to be more efficient in their job, more peaceful in their life, organizing better efficiency within teams, that's my job in Covision Partenaires. Better relationships sometimes need to be detailled, explained and organized. I aim to make a better work place using meaning/sense (sens in french), organization and Relationship. To grow and make people grow, with taking life presents, that makes sens for me !

Link the connected people : now that we are more connected (to smartphone and so on), we get less linked, less real and authentic relastionship. We become poorer human due to the lack of intense feelings. We need to find a way to both being connected AND being linked. To make more profitable lifes, to feel alive, thanks to more emotion. And still use intelligent tools to ease our lives !
