Was born in Leningrad 32 years ago. After school and college I worked for some time in primary school as a teacher. But that was not very satisfying for me — not quite what I wanted. After that I graduated from the St Petersburg State University to become a cartographer. That turned to be very rare and interesting field where I've been working all these 10 years. We make new maps, create geoinformatic systems, fill databases, process satellite images. What I like apart from work is singing in one of the most loved in St Petersburg student choirs. Sometimes I also do volunteer work in the charity organization helping people with cancer, and occasionally do some cleaning in the cat shelter. I support the local ecological movement by collecting waste that can be recycled.
