hi I'm chiray which is verbally translated from Chinese.I'm a pharmacy student who are junior in the university. I've worked as a waiter in Japanese restaurant, for being a waiter has been the dream I had since I was a child,however,I found that it's a hard job for me in the end so I just worked there for three months.My family has four member including me,an older sister,and my parents who are religious Christians.I'm a Christian as well under the family tradition that my great-grandfather chose to be a Christian when the first missionary from UK arrived Taiwan ,but I'm that kind of religious like my parent because some concepts of Christianity is outdated but still applied to people nowadays,which makes me feel inappropriate.I'm a boy fond of performing,writing and visiting every different types of exhibition.In school,I am a vigorous person that I like to chat with others and showing my passion for something,while in home,I am kind of introverted,preferring staying in my own room alone.Nevertheless,I become bold since I got in college,therefore,I started to apply for any types of work,even most times I got rejected,like actor of some small troupes,assistant in the auction mart,etc.Even got turned down,the process of I trying to access the related information of that field is always full of joy and sense of freshness,for those things are what I would never touch in the medical school.

Of course about PERFORMING.Not only as a drama or play actor but every type or roles in our life,a woman,a police officer,a politician,or even a mentally-ill person are what I would like to challenge.

Sharing a great idea I watched recently on TED,I was deeply inspired by these quotes,which says that,there's three question you have to ask yourself as remind in the process you longed training yourself to be a leader,and they are "WHERE are you looking to anticipate change?","WHAT is the diversity measure of your network?"and "Are you COURAGEOUS enough to abandon the past?"Why is that I think these three quotes are worth spreading?That must because these questions contains all problems and contradiction we'll be confronted as we growing adult.Accepting your defeats with your head up and your eyes ahead with the grace of an adult,not the grief of a child is what we all have to learn and once we're able to answer those three questions easily,we've acquired the true meaning of being a leader in a team and in our own life as well.
