Bio
I have a bachelor degree in interpreting and translating in English and French. I worked for several years at Disneyland Resort Paris in France, first in the park boutiques and later at the Hotels Santa Fe's front/back office. I finally passed at the Disney's Central Reservation Office. Once back in Italy I worked as reservation coordinator for Charming Hotels and Resorts. My last work experience has been in Alitalia customer service, dealing with flight bookings, and ancillary services. I have a strong experience in tourism, both hotels and airling sector.
