A business leader, optimist, who loves change, challenges, and new ideas and activities. I am a managing director of UPS ASC in Lithuania. I have been working as a bicycle courier, key entry operator, later on after university I spent almost 5 years in various roles in the field of marketing - working for L'Oreal, The Nielsen company, as well as my own electric vehicles start-up. I have studied in Stockholm School of Economics, as well as in the Leon Recanati Business School at Tel Aviv University. I have lived for almost a year in New Zealand. I love snowboarding, swimming, I have completed Ironman Zurich in 2014, which was an amazing challenge and achievement. Day to day in our business I encourage people to be more active in their communities, to get them out of their comfort zone, find ways to fulfil their potential by being of service to our customers, but also to the members of their communities who are in need.

My dad, TED Patron Vladas Lasas, has taken me for the first TED Global 2009 in Oxford, later on I joined him to TED 2011 in Long Beach - both very memorable and inspirational events. I am super excited to join TED 2016 this year!
