Cathleen C. Graham has an outstanding career spanning more than twenty years as a Human Resource Professional. Ms. Graham’s extensive knowledge ranges from change management, mergers and acquisitions, performance management, professional development, talent acquisition and employee engagement. Currently, Ms. Graham serves as Managing Partner to Cheer Partners, a consultancy that harnesses the power of people from the inside out with three areas of expertise: Talent, HR Advisory and Employee Communications. She is a member of Forbes HR Council and serves as a guest lecturer at New York University, Georgetown University, and served as a panelist at IABC (International Association of Business Communicators). In her spare time, Ms. Graham participates in 5K’s throughout the tristate area, is an avid equestrian and spends time with her husband, Gus, and two children Olivia and Harrison.
