Bio

Teaching primary student is my background. I found that my life became more meaningful when I could share my knowledge, experience and skill to the next generation. I became a teacher for five years. I taught grade 4 students for two years (2010-2012) and grade 3 students for three years (2012-2015). Because of my dedication, passion and high professional work ethics, the head of school put me in the leadership position as a curriculum coordinator/teacher trainer at the school. Becoming young leader at the school community is very challenging opportunity for me. I used this way to keep encouraging teacher and student in order to meet schools expectation and make the learning process more meaningful for them. Everyday, I spend time to observe the teacher in the classroom, meet the students who face learning difficulty and improve the curriculum framework used in the primary level. The new working experience at school gives me more time to develop my leadership skill and at the same time I need to upgrade my knowledge by reading books which relate with education (21st century).
