I’m Lorena, an English-to-Spanish legal translator and Spanish lawyer. My career in law and my interest in international affairs brought me to Dublin, Madrid, and Edinburgh. It led me to get involved in legal translation, gathering experiences across various industries, from working for law firms to big companies through managerial roles. Though it may be a cliché, living abroad changes you from head to toe, and I take great pride in persistence, discipline, and empathy. Experiences that allowed me to thrive and glow. Life has taught me to seek out opportunities, whether or not they are risky. I’m a goal-oriented person with excellent communication skills and an important work ethic and committed to developing my legal and translation skills. In my free time, you might find me: reading about nutrition, gut health, and autoimmune diseases, playing the saxophone (20 years of music under my belt), exercising, and, of course, enjoying the thrill of football matches!

Helping others who have been in similar situations as me brings me genuine fulfilment.
