I was born in Mexico City, more years ago than I care to remember. Left the city at an early age and lived in Merida, Yucatan; then Cancun. I have also lived in San Antonio, Texas and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I'm fluent in English and Spanish, with more than 25 years of experience in designing, developing and maintaining information systems. I have held different high-level positions in I.T., Purchasing, Industrial Food Preparation and Administration in the tourism industry, in Mexico, the U.S. and several Caribbean islands. I was one of the founders of the first boy scout group in Cancun and have also helped establish two schools. I have dabbled in producing and selling produce, sea foods and poultry. I was involved in a project to raise organic cattle and meat products in a little town in western Yucatan for a couple of years (2009-2010). For the last three years I have been involved in integrating surveillance and intelligence systems for police departments (Cancun, Cozumel) and advising other P.D. in central Mexico. For other law enforcement agencies I have done computer and communicattions security reviews.

I have become very passionate about intellectual and political freedom to the point of going back to school to study law, so that I may have an informed opinion on legislation curtailing Human Rights

People need to get more involved in their communities and government so that basic Human Rights are preserved for our children.
